GlobeMed Group, the leading Healthcare Benefits Management company in the MENA region, is seeking a motivated Medical Doctor to join our team. This role involves assisting in the development and maintenance of medical rules while working with all GlobeMed operations in 12 countries to adapt and keep these rules updated at all time.


Key Responsibilities highlights:

Collaborate in setting up and updating medical rules dictionaries.
Assist in the transfer of knowledge regarding the Medical Expert System to ensure seamless operations across GlobeMed.
Engage in quality assurance processes by testing medical rules across different setups.


Qualifications:
Medical Doctors with official registration at the Lebanese Order of Physicians (LOP).
Proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable with computer usage.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen ability to follow up on tasks.
Detail-oriented and inquisitive mindset.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic; proficiency in French is an advantage.
Knowledge of medical coding procedures and familiarity with various coding systems and standards such as ICD9-CM, ICD10, ICD10-AM, ICD10-CM, CPT4, ACHI, and DRGs is a plus
