Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Tool Developer to lead the implementation and integration of AI solutions across our consulting firm. This role will be instrumental in developing, deploying, and maintaining AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents and automation solutions that integrate with existing business processes and workflows
- Create and implement AI frameworks that can be scaled across different departments and international teams
- Develop custom AI solutions for specific business needs, including natural language processing, task automation, and intelligent decision support systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI implementation and process optimization

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of software development experience
- 1+ year of experience with AI/ML implementation or related projects
- Programming skills in Python and basic understanding of JavaScript
- Experience with at least one major AI platform (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
- Understanding of API integration and cloud platforms
