OCPH Lebanon is seeking a skilled System and Network Administrator to join our IT department. This role involves the installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of operating systems, application software and system management tools. The ideal candidate will ensure a reliable IT infrastructure to support company-wide operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain Windows Active Directory
2. Administer and maintain DHCP, DNS and NPS, ensuring the stability and efficiency of network environments (LAN/WAN)
3. Oversee IT security systems, including firewalls, endpoint security, antivirus, patches, and updates
4. Handle backups and ensure business continuity using tools like Veeam Backup
5. Install, update, and maintain operating systems, software and system applications
6. Manage virtualization platforms and ensure high availability of critical systems
7. Manage and maintain Office 365 services, including user accounts, licenses, and security configurations
8. Support and manage cloud environments, ensuring their integration and alignment with on-premise systems

Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, or VMware) are a plus

Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating hands-on expertise in system and network administration responsibilities as outlined above.
