J Consult is a premier HR and Recruitment consultancy agency. We are currently partnering with a distinguished client to recruit an experienced Architect for their operations in Beirut, Lebanon.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Concept Design & Development – Create innovative architectural designs that meet client requirements.
* Technical Drawings & Documentation – Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
* Project Coordination – Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
* Site Supervision – Oversee construction progress to ensure compliance with designs and quality standards.
* Material & Cost Analysis – Assist in selecting materials and preparing cost estimates.
* Regulatory Compliance – Ensure designs align with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
* Client Communication – Present design concepts, modifications, and updates to clients.

Qualifications & Skills:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in architectural design, planning, and project execution.
* Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, or other relevant design tools.
* Strong Design & Visualization Skills – Ability to translate concepts into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
* Attention to Detail – Strong technical knowledge and precision in drawings and specifications.
* Project Management Skills – Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
