We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition & Recruiter to join our team! If you have expertise in recruiting for call centers, especially with a focus on cold calling and outbound operations, we want you!

???? Responsibilities:
✔️ Handle full-cycle recruitment for call center roles
✔️ Source, screen, and interview candidates for cold calling and outbound operations
✔️ Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent
✔️ Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth hiring process
✔️ Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates

???? Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, especially for call centers
✅ Strong knowledge of cold calling and outbound operations recruitment
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring goals
✅ Familiarity with recruitment tools and software
