Senior architect for :

Looking for a highly qualified architect with a wide experience in shop drawings and execution drawings. A team leader who enjoys problem solving, getting exposure on multiple projects and coordinate projects from design development through completion.
Extensive knowledge in towers is a plus.

Scope of work:
- Work within a team of architects and engineers on construction drawings.
- Produce execution and detailed shop drawings.
- Responsible for elaborating the needed drawings and BOQs.
- Check all modifications and submitting document submittals.
- Follow up, preparing and attending all meetings as well as writing reports on the progress of the project.
- Participate with the project team to understand/establish project goals and objectives including workplan, project schedules, budget parameters, while ensuring the highest product quality.
- Develop and oversee the development of design concepts into complete design development set and further advance into complete construction drawings.
- Review and understand applicable building codes and other standards.
- Assist with the timely submittal of drawings to the appropriate authorities.
- Oversee material research and compilation of project data and incorporation throughout the project.
- Lead team with complex project designs, resolve drawing discrepancies and other technical opportunities.
- Ensure the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
- Provide guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and help them interpret design specifications.
- Attend construction meetings and make periodic site observation visits as required.
Liaise with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.
- Oversee the quality of design and construction documentation.
- Address any issues that may impact project timelines or costs.

Software platform: Revit, BIM & AutoCAD
Qualifications:
- BA in Architecture or equivalent.
- 10 to 12 years of experience in this field
