???? Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

???? Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of experience in quality control or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Biology, Microbiology, or a related field
• Residing in the Beirut area
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Active learner with a proactive and responsible attitude
???? Responsibilities:
• Monitor production at various stages to ensure high-quality standards
• Complete and maintain quality inspection checklists
• Ensure accurate labeling of all products
• Conduct routine food safety and quality checks to ensure compliance with company policies
• Report any quality issues or non-compliance to the appropriate team
• Oversee hygiene and sanitation practices; ensure cleaning staff follow all protocols
• Inspect workspaces for cleanliness, proper organization, and hygiene
• Ensure semi-finished and ready-to-eat products are correctly stored before delivery to branches
