Job Title: Account Executive / Sales, Supply-Operations
• Location: Beirut – Sin El Fil
• Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with flexibility for urgent matters)
• Reports to: Brand Manager
• Languages Required: English and French
Experience & Qualifications
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in a coordination or administrative role related to sales, supply chain, or operations (FMCG, food distribution, or import/export sectors preferred).
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Key Skills
Communication, Attention to Detail, Punctuality, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution and After Sales
• Prepare tailored client offers based on Brand Manager’s guidelines.
• Develop pricing structures and detailed cost breakdowns in line with pre-established account plans.
• Issue proforma invoices and finalize invoices for all sales transactions.
• Follow up with clients to confirm receipt of goods and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle potential claims related to any product arrival.
Supply and Operations
• Coordinate incoming deliveries from multiple suppliers and origins, ensuring alignment with order schedules and warehouse timelines.
• Collaborate based on the Supply Planner on tasks related to new product introductions or ongoing supply requirements.
• Update price lists for stocked items on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis; revise the master offer list accordingly.
• Communicate weekly with the warehouse team regarding expected stock movements (IN/OUT report).
• Upon delivery, verify that goods match supplier documents and invoices (Quality Control Checklist).
• Compile supplier invoices into a weekly finance report and follow up to ensure timely payment. (FDS supplier invoices report)
Operations & Logistics
• Oversee all shipment-related documentation, ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Track ongoing shipments and report expected arrival timelines.
• Notify immediately of any early arrivals or delays.
• Perform additional operational and logistical tasks as required for specific shipments.
Marketing Support
• Assist the Brand Manager with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for Déan Gourmet and the Food Solutions department.
• Coordinate with design and digital teams to prepare marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, social media content, digital newsletters).
• Help maintain and update the department’s marketing calendar, ensuring timely promotion of new product launches and seasonal initiatives.
• Support market research activities by collecting competitor pricing, trends, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
• Assist in organizing promotional events, tastings, or product demonstrations for both B2B and B2C audiences.
