Quality Assurance and Operations Manager (FOOD SERVICE) is needed for a company

HR Manager - Lebanon - Beirut
Responsibilities
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
• Manage payroll processing, including tax calculations and deductions in line with Lebanese regulations
• Follow up on renewal of all company’s official documents and contracts
• Prepare and conduct orientation to newly hired employees
• Perform regular facility inspections ensuring food safety standards are met as required by the standard
• Ensure that the branch manager is qualified and competent to handle the demands of their jobs and achieve their objectives.
• Oversee the performance of the employees in terms of quality of products/customer service and cleanliness through the branch operations and the wholesale distribution review.
• Ensure the compliance of branch with Food Safety norms
