???? Experienced in B2B Sales & Marketing

Are you a closer who knows how to turn a lead into a contract? Can you market cleaning and facility services like a pro, handle clients, and keep CRM organized? Then we want you on our team.

???? What You’ll Do:
Generate and follow up on B2B leads in cleaning, housekeeping, pest control, and security services

Conduct cold calls, visits, and online outreach to potential clients (banks, malls, hospitals, etc.)

Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and contracts

Maintain a daily pipeline using CRM (e.g., Pipedrive)

Help coordinate marketing content (emails, social media posts, campaigns...)

Assist with SEO and online visibility of our services

Attend tenders, meetings, and support business development efforts

Report directly to the CEO & Sales Manager

✅ You Must Have:
3+ years of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in cleaning or facility management

Fluent in Arabic and good written/spoken English

Strong communication and presentation skills

Organized, self-motivated, and KPI-driven

Experience with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and basic design tools (Canva, etc.)

Familiarity with Lebanese market and institutions is a huge plus

Own car or motorbike is a bonus
