About the Role
We are looking for a talented Odoo Software Developer with strong Python programming skills and a solid understanding of Odoo’s functional workflows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and supporting Odoo ERP applications, while also providing functional insights to improve business processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python, XML, and JavaScript.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.
• Configure, implement, and support Odoo applications across different departments (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, Purchase, etc.).
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.
• Provide technical and functional support to end-users.
• Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve workflows and processes.
• Participate in version upgrades, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications & Skills
• Proven experience as an Odoo Developer (Odoo 18 preferred).
• Strong Python programming and Odoo framework knowledge.
• Good understanding of PostgreSQL, XML, QWeb reports, and Odoo ORM.
• Hands-on experience in functional areas such as Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, HR, and CRM.
• Experience in Odoo.sh or Odoo Online environments.
• Familiarity with Linux, Git, and Docker is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
