The Tele sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients while managing and nurturing relationships with existing accounts. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting and demonstrating products or services, and negotiating contracts to achieve sales targets. The Tele Sales Representative will also provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries and issues, and collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Education & Years of Experience
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
Languages
Effective communication skills in Arabic, English or French
Computer Knowledge
Knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, Power point…)

• Create and execute strategies to meet sales targets and grow market share
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Understand industry trends and competitor activities to tailor sales approaches
• Negotiate effectively to close deals that satisfy both the customer and the company
• Present information clearly and persuasively to various audiences
• Focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Use CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer data
Duties & responsibilities
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the product in details
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Complete the Customer Satisfaction Form daily for at least 10 clients (pharmacies) to ensure consistent feedback and performance tracking
• Monitor pending orders with the warehouse, identifying and reporting the reasons for any delays
• Report to the Executive Manager and Quality Assurance regarding the reasons for any delays in order fulfillment, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Follow up on delivery dates for pending orders, ensuring timely scheduling and coordination with the relevant departments.
