Hiring an experienced restaurant Manager for a chain of restaurants in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC)and support the growth of a high-end bakery restaurant chain in Kinshasa.

The ideal candidate should possess working experience in:

· Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage Management.
· Minimum of 5 years in Food & Beverage operations
· Deep understanding of bakery / pastry process: production scheduling, proofing, fermentation, baking profiles, viennoiserie.
· Good knowledge of food safety & hygiene systems (e.g. HACCP, local health regulations).
· Inventory & stock control: ordering, waste control, par stock, spoilage, FIFO.
· Financial management: budgeting, cost control, analyzing P&L and sales data, setting KPIs.
· Knowledge of display, merchandising, product presentation.
· Fluency in French is essential
· Strong leadership, team building and people management skills.
· Customer-centric attitude, high standards of service.

Compensation: $2,500, with provided shared accommodation, food allowance, transportation, annual round-trip flight ticket, 30 days of paid annual leave, comprehensive medical insurance valid at Lebanese hospitals, and an end-of-year bonus
