Job Title: Showroom Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Showroom Manager to lead our showroom operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional experience for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Maintain showroom displays and merchandise presentation to brand standards
- Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue and footfall
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team
- Prepare reports on sales performance, customer trends, and team productivity

Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in retail or showroom management (industry-specific experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for sales
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
- English Language
