Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Oversee last-mile delivery operations and ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Plan delivery routes and coordinate drivers and third-party logistics providers.
- Monitor delivery performance, returns, and customer complaints, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff and delivery teams, ensuring productivity and compliance with company procedures.
- Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, customer service, and finance departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or last-mile delivery operations.
- Experience managing teams and coordinating transportation activities.
Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Salary: 1000$ - 1200$
