We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Quality Assurance Officer to join our manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update quality documents, procedures, work instructions, and records.
• Assist in maintaining the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Report non-conformities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Conduct routine spot checks to ensure compliance with customer requirements and company procedures.
• Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and quality-related documentation.
• Register and follow up on customer complaints until closure.
• Coordinate complaint investigations with Production, QC, and other departments.
• Assist with product label verification, packaging updates, and artwork revisions.
• Monitor stock levels of production labels and Zebra printer ribbons.
• Support internal and external audits and follow up on audit findings.
• Conduct routine inspections across departments.
• Update quality KPIs, reports, and ERP/PIMS quality records.
• Follow up on new product introductions and product cancellations.
• Maintain employee training records and coordinate quality-related training sessions.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or Technical Diploma in Business or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Production, or Operations is preferred.
• Experience in the paint, coatings, chemical, plastics, pharmaceutical, food, or similar manufacturing industries is an advantage.
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).
• ERP experience is a plus.
• Good command of English and Arabic
