Role Overview
We’re hiring a voice QA & automation analyst — open to interns, fresh graduates, or early career candidates who are excited to get their hands dirty with real AI systems. You’ll listen to AI-to-guest calls, identify what’s working and what isn’t, and build automated pipelines that turn those findings into live KPIs. You don’t need industry experience — you need curiosity, coding ability, and a sharp eye for detail. This is a rare chance to do meaningful work on frontier voice AI from day one.
