About the Role
We're hiring precise, disciplined technicians to operate our Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production line: pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, solder paste printers, and AOI inspection systems. No prior SMT experience required; we train the right candidate on the equipment. What matters most is a solid technical foundation and strong work discipline.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor SMT equipment during production runs
- Load and calibrate machine programs for product changeovers
- Perform in-process quality checks and catch defects before they escalate
- Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate production and traceability logs
- Follow ESD and controlled-environment protocols
Requirements
- Technical diploma: TS (Technicien Supérieur) minimum in Electronics, Electromechanics, Industrial Electricity. LT also accepted
- Solid grounding in electronics fundamentals (schematics, circuits, components)
- Comfortable with hand tools, soldering irons, multimeters
- Willing to work in an underground, windowless facility for full shifts
- Able to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive, close-detail work
