عن الوظيفة
الممثل تطوير الأعمال (BDR) مسؤول عن توليد فرص مبيعات مؤهلة من خلال التعرف على العملاء المحتملين والتفاعل معهم وتحديدهم وتقييمهم ضمن سوقنا المستهدف المحدد. هذه роли ضرورية لبناء خط أنابيب قوي وتسريع نمو الإيرادات. سيعمل الـ BDR closely مع Executives الحساب وقيادة الدعم لاستهداف العملاء المحتملين الخارجيين وتقييم العملاء الداخلين واستهداف الحسابات الاستراتيجية.
المسؤوليات الأساسية
التنقيب وتوليد الفرص
تحديد والبحث عن الحسابات المستهدفة المتوافقة مع ملف تعريف العميل المثالي (ICP).
تنفيذ حملات خارجية هيكلية عبر البريد الإلكتروني والهاتف ولينكدإن والقنوات الأخرى.
بناء وصيانة قوائم عالية الجودة من العملاء المحتملين.
حجز اجتماعات مؤهلة وعروض منتجات لموظفي الحساب.
تأهيل العملاء المحتملين
إجراء مكالمات استكشافية لفهم احتياجات وتحديات و جداول شراء العملاء المحتملين.
تأهيل الفرص بناءً على معايير محددة (الميزانية، السلطة، الحاجة، الجدول الزمني، الملاءمة).
ضمان انتقال سلس للقيادة المؤهلة إلى موظفي الحساب.
إدارة CRM وخطة الأنابيب
توثيق جميع الأنشطة والتفاعلات بدقة.
الحفاظ على سجلاتContacts والشركات والفرص نظيفة ومنظمة.
تتبع أداء الوصول ومقاييس التحويل.
التعاون وردود فعل السوق
العمل عن كثب مع التسويق لتوحيد الرسالة والحملات.
تقديم ملاحظات حول استجابة السوق والتموضع التنافسي.
المساهمة بنظرات لتحسين استراتيجية الوصول والاستهداف.
المتطلبات
المؤهلات المطلوبة
1–3 سنوات من الخبرة في BDR أو SDR أو المبيعات الداخلية في بيئة SaaS للشركات، B2B
مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية قوية
الراحة في الاتصال البارد وارتفاع معدلات النشاط

About the job
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers within our defined target market. This role is critical to building a strong pipeline and accelerating revenue growth. The BDR will work closely with Account Executives and leadership to support outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and strategic account targeting.
Key responsibilities
Prospecting & lead generation
Identify and research target accounts aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Execute structured outbound campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists.
Book qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
Lead qualification
Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs, challenges, and buying timelines.
Qualify opportunities based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline, fit).
Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads to Account Executives.
CRM & pipeline management
Accurately document all activities and interactions.
Maintain clean and organized records of contacts, companies, and opportunities.
Track outreach performance and conversion metrics.
Collaboration & market feedback
Work closely with marketing to align messaging and campaigns.
Provide feedback on market response and competitive positioning.
Contribute insights to improve outreach strategy and targeting.
Requirements
Required qualifications
1–3 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or inside sales in a B2B SaaS environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with cold outreach and high activity levels
Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM systems
Highly organized, disciplined, and results-driven
