Supervise the daily activities of the Engineering team and ensure efficient completion of maintenance tasks. Monitor the operation, maintenance, and repair of hotel equipment, systems, and facilities. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure minimal disruption to hotel operations. Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively. Support preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and performance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and engineering standards and regulations. Maintain accurate maintenance records and coordinate with contractors and suppliers when required. Coach and develop team members while promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and service excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum 3 5 years of engineering or maintenance experience, including supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment. Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Previous experience with an international hotel brand is an advantage.
