عن الوظيفة
مسؤولية ممثل تطوير الأعمال (BDR) هي توليد فرص مبيعات مؤهلة من خلال تحديد و التواصل والتأهل للعملاء المحتملين ضمن سوقنا المستهدف المحدد. هذه الدور حاسم لبناء خط أنابيب قوي وتسريع نمو الإيرادات. سيعمل الـ BDR عن كثب مع مندوبي الحسابات والقيادة لدعم التنقيب الخارجي، وتأهيل العملاء الواردين، واستهداف الحسابات الاستراتيجية.
المسؤوليات الأساسية
التنقيب وتوليد العملاء المحتملين
تحديد وبحث الحسابات المستهدفة بما يتماشى مع بروفايل العميل المثالي (ICP).
تنفيذ حملات خارجية هيكلية عبر البريد الإلكتروني والهاتف وLinkedIn وقنوات أخرى.
بناء والحفاظ على قوائم عملاء محتملين عالية الجودة.
حجز اجتماعات مؤهلة وعروض منتجات لمندوبي الحسابات.
تأهيل العملاء المتوقعين
إجراء مكالمات استكشافية لفهم احتياجات العميل المحتمل وتحدياته وجداول الشراء.
تأهيل الفرص بناءً على معايير محددة (الميزانية، السلطة، الحاجة، الجدول الزمني، التوافق).
ضمان انتقال سلس للقيادة المؤهلة إلى مندوبي الحسابات.
إدارة CRM وخط الأنابيب
توثيق جميع الأنشطة والتفاعلات بدقة.
الحفاظ على سجلاتContacts والشركات والفرص نظيفة ومنظمة.
تتبع أداء الت outreach ومقاييس التحويل.
التعاون وردود فعل السوق
العمل بشكل وثيق مع التسويق لمواءمة الرسائل والحملات.
تقديم ملاحظات حول استجابة السوق والموقف التنافسي.
المساهمة برؤى لتحسين استراتيجية الوصول والاستهداف.
المتطلبات
المؤهلات المطلوبة
1–3 سنوات من الخبرة في BDR أو SDR أو المبيعات الداخلية في بيئة SaaS B2B
مهارات اتصال شفهي وكتابي قوية
الراحة مع التواصل البارد ومستويات النشاط العالية

About the job
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers within our defined target market. This role is critical to building a strong pipeline and accelerating revenue growth. The BDR will work closely with Account Executives and leadership to support outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and strategic account targeting.
Key responsibilities
Prospecting & lead generation
Identify and research target accounts aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Execute structured outbound campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists.
Book qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
Lead qualification
Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs, challenges, and buying timelines.
Qualify opportunities based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline, fit).
Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads to Account Executives.
CRM & pipeline management
Accurately document all activities and interactions.
Maintain clean and organized records of contacts, companies, and opportunities.
Track outreach performance and conversion metrics.
Collaboration & market feedback
Work closely with marketing to align messaging and campaigns.
Provide feedback on market response and competitive positioning.
Contribute insights to improve outreach strategy and targeting.
Requirements
Required qualifications
1–3 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or inside sales in a B2B SaaS environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with cold outreach and high activity levels
Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM systems
Highly organized, disciplined, and results-driven
