Responsibilities
Assist clients with planning and booking flights, hotels, tours, and travel packages.
Prepare customized travel itineraries and package offers.
Handle client inquiries and provide accurate travel information.
Make and manage flight and hotel reservations.
Follow up with clients before and after their trips.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, suppliers, and tour operators.
Handle changes, cancellations, and travel-related issues professionally.
Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the agency.
Requirements
Previous travel agency or travel industry experience is preferred.
Good knowledge of flights, hotels, destinations, and travel procedures.
Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
Good sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings.
Good computer skills.
Knowledge of reservation systems such as Amadeus
