Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning and booking flights, hotels, tours, and travel packages.
• Prepare customized travel itineraries and package offers.
• Handle client inquiries and provide accurate travel information.
• Make and manage flight and hotel reservations.
• Follow up with clients before and after their trips.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, suppliers, and tour operators.
• Handle changes, cancellations, and travel-related issues professionally.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the agency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Previous travel agency or travel industry experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of flights, hotels, destinations, and travel procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Good sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of reservation systems such as Amadeus.
