Duties and Responsibilities
1- Overseeing the packaging process, drawing up a packing schedule.
2- Monitoring the packaging processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
3- Supervising and motivating your team of workers and Team Leaders.
4- Collecting daily production data and performing OEE and other performance indicators
5- Assist PM in performance and give feedback about employees.
6- Ensure that all team members are well-trained and follow established procedures.
7- Receive Packing Materials and make sure their storage is done in a clean and tidy way.
8- Update purchasing department with quantities needed as per production plan.
9- Monitor housekeeping in all the filling area ensuring safety and hygiene standards.
10- Lead projects related to process improvement, equipment upgrades, and new product introductions.
11- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
12- Develop and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
