A direct-to-consumer brand is recruiting a Creative Lead in AI Multimedia Design to direct static design outputs and video ad post-production using generative AI.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Direct visual ad campaigns across static images, motion graphics, and video formats
• Edit UGC content, product showcases, and brand reels boosted by AI video generation
• Craft graphic overlays, badges, infographics, and landing page banners
• Leverage AI prompt workflows to test dozens of creative angles weekly

REQUIREMENTS:
• Extensive background in Graphic Design, Video Editing, and AI generation pipelines
• Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Midjourney/Runway
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy and direct-response performance
