We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Online Sales Representative to join our team at our Karantina Branch.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, social media, phone calls, and other online channels.
• Respond to customers promptly and professionally.
• Present and explain our products, prices, promotions, and offers.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
• Prepare and follow up on customer orders.
• Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the growth of online sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, online sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of social media and WhatsApp.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Good computer skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Desired Candidate Profile
