We are looking for a part time creative Videographer & AI Content Creator to produce high-quality visual content. The role combines videography, photography, video editing, social media content creation, visual storytelling, and advanced AI tools.

Key Responsibilities
Film and produce professional content covering projects, construction sites, events, employees, achievements, and corporate activities.
Edit videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, websites, presentations, and corporate communications.
Create Reels, Stories, project highlights, interviews, promotional and corporate videos.
Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling aligned with company objectives and brand identity.
Capture professional photographs when required.
Use advanced AI tools for video/image creation and enhancement, scripting, storyboarding, captions, subtitles, voiceovers, translations, animations, and content repurposing.
Develop AI-assisted workflows to improve the quality, creativity, and efficiency of content production.
Manage and organize the company's photo/video archives.
Collaborate with Management, HR, Marketing, Engineers, Project Managers, and site teams.
Keep up to date with social media trends, video-production technologies, and emerging AI tools.
Ensure filming at construction sites follows all applicable safety and PPE requirements.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Videographer, Content Creator, Video Producer, or similar role.
Strong portfolio of video and digital content.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
Strong photography and visual storytelling skills.
Advanced practical knowledge of AI content-creation tools is required.
Good understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends.
Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to visit construction sites and company locations as required.
Experience in construction/engineering is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
