A growing FMCG food manufacturing company is looking for a hands-on Production Coordinator / Manager to join its team.

???? Location: Beirut / Metn Area, Lebanon
???? Full-time position

We are open to both:
* A junior profile with strong potential to grow into production management
* An experienced Production Manager ready to take broader responsibility

We are looking for someone with:
* Relevant experience in food production, manufacturing, quality control, or FMCG
* Understanding of SOPs, GMP, HACCP, hygiene & food safety
* Ability to organize production teams, workflows and daily targets
* Strong attention to quality, consistency, yield, waste reduction & efficiency
* Good problem-solving, numerical and reporting skills
* Ability to work effectively in a hands-on / artisanal production environment
* Leadership potential and ability to manage, train and motivate production workers
* Scientific and technical curiosity, with an interest in food products, processes and R&D
* Experience in chocolate, spreads, baking, condiments, syrups or specialty foods is a plus
* Food Science, Food Technology, Agricultural Engineering or another relevant technical background is a plus
