MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic and mechanical equipment, including inverters, batteries, and other devices
• Perform routine maintenance and testing to ensure optimal performance of products
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers, both in-person and remotely
• Maintain accurate service records, repair logs, and inventory of spare parts
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
• Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure availability of replacement parts and tools
• Assist in training junior technicians and sharing technical knowledge
• Communicate effectively with management regarding service progress, issues, and solutions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency


REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS (Education and Experience) and SKILLS:
• Technical diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of inverters, lithium batteries, or similar devices
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in technical repair
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and technical manuals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
