Responsibilities

• Deliver an engaging, results-oriented sales workshop.
• Teach effective sales techniques and customer communication skills.
• Explain how to identify customer needs and present suitable solutions.
• Train participants in handling objections, negotiating, and closing sales.
• Cover customer relationship management and follow-up techniques.
• Use role-playing, real-life scenarios, and practical exercises.
• Provide participants with actionable strategies they can apply immediately.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in sales, business development, or sales management.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Excellent public speaking, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to engage participants and deliver intensive training within one day.
• Previous experience conducting workshops or corporate training is preferred.
• Practical, confident, and results-oriented approach.
• Fluency in Arabic; English is an advantage.
