Looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Python programming, and expertise in API integration to take ownership of our website development project (Forex news website). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end and back-end development, with a focus on creating responsive, user-friendly websites that deliver an exceptional user experience.
Responsibilities:
• Create, manage and maintain a forex news website.
• Develop custom features, plugins, and integrations to enhance the website's functionality and user experience.
• Integrate third-party APIs, including forex data providers, trading platforms, and economic calendars, to provide real-time market data and analysis on the website.
• Optimize website performance, speed, and security through efficient coding practices, server configurations, and API optimizations.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues related to website functionality, compatibility, performance, API integrations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, technologies, and best practices related to Python programming and API integration.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP,
• Experience with responsive web design frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, including theme and plugin development.
• Experience with server-side development using Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience integrating APIs into web applications.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Good knowledge in SEO techniques.
