Duties and Responsibilities:
 Documentation:
1. Policies and procedures:
a. Assist in writing and implementing Policy & procedures based on company internal bylaws and according to Good Manufacturing Practices requirements and ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 15378:2017 standards.
b. Assist in writing accurate job descriptions and update them according to the duties and responsibilities of work.
c. Assist in preparing all documents related to National Social Security Funds (employee NSSF medication, employee NSSF registration or employee NSSF Termination…).
d. Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential.

2. Records keeping:
a. Follow up and maintain the employees’ personal files as per employee personal file management procedure.
b. Maintain historical human resource records by implementing rules related to filing and retrieval system: keeping past and current records (such as organizational charts, job descriptions, employee handbooks or directories, performance appraisals and training records).
c. Maintain consultants’ records (Consultant name, address, qualifications, and type of service provided).

 HR activities:
1. Human resources reports:
a. Prepare monthly Human Resources report that includes absences, events, new employees, employees’ issues, HR policies, trainings conducted, incidents, plans and challenges.

2. Employees relations:
a. Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide timely assistance.
b. Conduct monthly tours in departments to check their satisfaction
c. Conduct yearly employee satisfaction surveys and collect data for improvements.

3. Human resources automated system:
a. Monitor and investigate the employee attendance activities (daily attendance, scheduled absences such as holidays) by using the time attendance system and providing weekly/monthly reports on the causes of employee absences.
b. Monitor and update employee personal files on the system.
c. Prepare requested reports using queries from the system.

4. Recruitment:
a. Perform the assigned recruitment activity: organize and screen CVs, arrange for advertising or posting the vacancies and interview candidates and follow up on status as assigned.
b. Maintain and update the database of resumes for quick and efficient vacancy handling.
c. Prepare for job fairs and represent the company.

5. Employee orientation:
a. Conduct new employee orientation program to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives for workers and staff level.

6. Training and development:
a. Follow up on the training and development procedure.
b. Follow up on the training and development program based on the training plan set.
c. Assist in preparing and conducting trainings content.

7. Work environment:
a. Promote the company corporate culture, which helps the organization create a high performance environment, which supports business strategy.

8. Employee Performance Management:
a. Assist in the employee performance management procedure.

 ISO and GMP Compliance:
a. Report on the performance and opportunities for improvement of HR process by monitoring achievement of its quality objectives and performance indicators.
b. Assist in performing internal audit on designated departments based on internal audit plan and according to internal auditor job description.
c. Follow and apply the company’s quality system related to Human Resources based on Good Manufacturing Practices and ISO implemented by the company.
 Others:
a. Accept and work any task related to HR activities required by Chief Human Resources Officer
