• Oversee and manage the scheduling and coordination of shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Track and Monitor status of shipments, resolve any issues, and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Communicate with shipping carriers and negotiate rates and terms to secure the best shipping solutions.
• Ensure all shipments comply with regulatory requirements, handle necessary documentation, and maintain accurate records for audits.
• Continuously review and improve shipping processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to align shipping operations with overall business objectives.
• Generate regular reports on shipping performance, costs, and other key metrics to inform management decisions.
• Manage the process for handling returns, replacements, and claims for damaged or lost goods.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure optimal stock levels to meet demand.
