Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and attentive Lifeguard to ensure the safety of swimmers at our facility. The ideal candidate will be vigilant, strong swimmers, and quick decision-makers in emergency situations.
Job Responsibility:
- Supervise swimmers to ensure their safety and prevent accidents
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and administer first aid as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized pool area, including setting up equipment and performing routine checks
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lifeguard or in a similar role
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety techniques
- Current certification in First Aid, CPR, and Lifeguard training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
