نحن نبحث عن محاسب مؤهل وذو خبرة للانضمام إلى شركتنا في الشحن واللوجستيات.
المتطلبات:
- بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة محاسبية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.
- يفضل الخبرة في الشحن واللوجستيات أو الشحن الدولي أو الصناعة ذات الصلة.
- معرفة قوية بالضريبة على القيمة المضافة والنظام الضريبي المختلط، الرواتب، التقارير المالية وإجراءات المحاسبة.
- إتقان برامج المحاسبة وMicrosoft Excel.
- مهارات تنظيمية وتحليلية ممتازة.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل، والوفاء بالمواعيد، والتعامل مع مسؤوليات متعددة.
المسؤوليات الأساسية:
- إدارة عمليات المحاسبة اليومية، بما في ذلك الحسابات المدينة والدائنة.
- مراقبة التدفق النقدي، أرصدة البنوك، وعمليات الدفع.
- إعداد تسويات بنكية وأنشطة الإغلاق الشهري.
- إعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية وتقارير الإدارة.
- تسجيل ومراجعة قيود اليومية والوثائق الداعمة.
- متابعة تحصيل العملاء ومدفوعات الموردين.
- مراجعة الرواتب والالتحاقات والخصومات ومزايا الموظفين.
- تنسيق ضريبة القيمة المضافة، والاشتراكات الاجتماعية، وتقديم الضرائب ومتطلبات التدقيق.
- المساعدة في الميزانية والتخطيط المالي
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة والأنظمة المعمول بها.
- الحفاظ على حفظ الملفات والوثائق المحاسبية بشكل مناسب.
- دعم عمليات التدقيق الخارجية والداخلية.
- التنسيق مع البنوك والمراجعين والجهات الحكومية ومقدمي الخدمات حسب الطلب.
المهارات

Job description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our Shipping & Logistics Company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
- Experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or related industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of VAT, NSSF, payroll, financial reporting, and accounting procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Monitor cash flow, bank balances, and payment transactions.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly closing activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management reports.
- Record and review journal entries and supporting documentation.
- Follow-up on customer collections and supplier payments.
- Review payroll, calculations, deductions, and employee benefits.
- Coordinate VAT, NSSF, tax filings, and audit requirements.
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Support external and internal audits.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, government authorities, and service providers as required.
Skills
