• Lead and oversee all Housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, laundry, linen, and uniform services.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and room presentation are consistently maintained throughout the hotel.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Monitor room readiness and work closely with the Front Office and Engineering teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, inventory, and operating expenses.
• Oversee the procurement and control of housekeeping supplies, equipment, linen, and guest amenities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to maintain quality standards.
• Analyze operational performance and implement initiatives to improve productivity and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop the Housekeeping team while fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive Housekeeping experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Experience in a luxury or internationally recognized hotel brand is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, laundry management, inventory control, quality assurance, and hygiene standards.
• Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and workforce planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems (PMS).
