A well-established company in Lebanon is looking to hire a Chief Accountant (Female) to lead and oversee its accounting and financial reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with Lebanese tax, NSSF, and accounting requirements.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and general ledger activities.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and relevant authorities.
• Review accounting processes and internal controls and ensure proper implementation.
• Supervise and support the accounting team.
• Provide management with accurate financial analysis and recommendations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

8+ years of relevant accounting experience, with solid experience in a senior accounting role.

Previous experience as a Chief Accountant / Accounting Manager is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of Lebanese accounting, taxation, and NSSF regulations.

Excellent knowledge of Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
