CodeBrave is seeking a motivated and passionate STEM Teacher Trainer to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in education, including coding and robotics education for K-12. As a STEM Teacher Trainer, you will collaborate with senior trainers to develop and deliver training programs, create educational resources, and support teachers in implementing innovative STEM curricula. Responsibilities

• Train local school teachers on CodeBrave's STEM curriculum and Teaching Methodology for delivering 21st-century skills to K-12 students; coach the school teachers as they independently deliver classes at their schools. Trainings may be in person or online, depending on need.
• Evaluate and identify training gaps and continuously update teacher training material.
• Support the creation of online teacher training resources as required.
• Support the collection and analysis of data for monitoring and evaluation.
• Support project management tasks as assigned by the Teacher Training Manager.
• Demonstrate CodeBrave's organisational culture through your behaviour.
• Attend onboarding and training in preparation to become a Teacher Trainer.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education, with a Master's degree highly desirable.
• Knowledge of block-based and text-based coding languages.
• At least 3 years of experience in teaching, training, or educational facilitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and educational approaches.
• Demonstrated organisational and time-management skills.
• Enthusiasm for promoting STEM education and fostering a passion for coding and robotics.
