Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads by initiating contact and assessing their needs.
- Engage with customers to understand their business requirements and apply product knowledge to meet those needs.
- Conduct cold calling, networking, and follow-up courtesy calls to generate new business leads.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to promote products and services to clients.
- Maintain CRM records of customer interactions to identify future sales opportunities.
- Provide after-sales technical support based on client requirements and feedback.
- Respond to international bidding requests such as RFP/RFI.
Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and functionalities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
