Business Consultant
The Business Consultant is responsible for managing different projects for different regional and international clients’ portfolios.
The candidate should have at least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in consulting firms, project management, and/or strategy building, and experience in organization design, performance management and competencies.
Responsible for the on-time completion of projects including report building, market research, business assessment, criteria development, market segmentation, and applying different Consulting & Business frameworks to the required field.
Key Responsibilities
- To be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering strategic consulting engagements across industries.
- To provide global industry analysis, custom consulting, growth consulting (strategy consulting), market research, market forecasts, and insights into emerging connected markets.
- Will hold full responsibility for the leadership of consulting engagements, ensuring the integrity of strategic & tactical recommendations and the development of detailed business/market strategies.
- Will be the definitive point of contact for clients and will be required to demonstrate expert market knowledge.
- Furthermore, the Consultant will serve as the primary analyst on some projects, play a supporting research role and manage project teams of internal consultants.
- Reviews and analyzes client requirements or problems and assists in the development of proposals.
- Performs qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client-specific solutions.
- Designs, structures, and delivers client reports and presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience.
- Provides follow-up with client after project deliverable has been completed to ensure client satisfaction.
- Proactively develops broader and deeper knowledge of related consulting methodologies
- When acting as a Project Manager, proactively manages project timelines and manages day-to-day communication with the client and team members.
What We Are Looking for:
- Previous consulting/ lead/ business analyst experience of 3-5 years
- English language - highest proficiency required, both verbal and written. Any additional language will be a plus.
- A thorough understanding of market intelligence and strategic marketing

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- A Master’s degree is an added-value
- A preferred previous experience in business consulting

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong research and data collection skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office specially Excel
- Knowledge in diverse business areas
- Team player & multi-tasker
- Familiarity with a wide range of business management software is a plus.
