Restaurant Operations Manager - Brazzaville

We are seeking to hire a Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee a chain of fine-dining and international cuisine restaurants based in Brazzaville – Republic of Congo.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant
• Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in restaurant management, with at least 3 years in a multi-unit or strategic operations role.
• Proven background in fine dining or international cuisine operations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, cost control, and P&L accountability
• Strategic thinker with hands-on operational expertise.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
• Deep understanding of international cuisine, fine dining service standards, and guest experience management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in French (mandatory) and English (preferred).

Salary & Benefits: $4,000–$5,000 per month, plus accommodation, medical insurance, airfare, meal allowance, and 30 days of annual leave
