Key Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring food, beverage, and operational costs.
Support inventory counts and stock reconciliation processes.
Review inventory transactions and data entries for accuracy.
Assist in preparing cost control reports and analyses.
Help investigate inventory variances and discrepancies.
Verify purchase invoices and pricing information.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Accounting departments.
Perform administrative and data-entry tasks related to cost control activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
