guest experience and daily operations of the venue.
This role goes beyond traditional restaurant management. The ideal candidate is a natural host with strong hospitality instincts, capable of creating a welcoming atmosphere, building relationships with guests, and leading the floor team while ensuring smooth operations.
The Floor Manager / Host will be responsible for maintaining service standards and supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and seat guests
• Manage reservations and table allocation
• Build relationships with regular customers

• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally
• Create a warm, lively, and memorable atmosphere
• Supervise and coordinate service during operations
• Lead and support waitstaff
• Ensure smooth communication between floor and kitchen

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
• Guide guests through wine selection
• Recommend wines and food pairings
• Promote featured wines, tastings, and events
• Support ongoing wine education within the team
• Encourage upselling opportunities
• Support customer retention initiatives
• Assist in promoting events and activations
• Contribute ideas to improve guest experience and revenue

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of hospitality or restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Wine knowledge is a strong advantage
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Fluent Arabic and English (French is a plus)
