We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telecom Engineer to join our growing team.

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate in Telecommunications Engineering.

• Strong interest in Telecom, Customer Care Engineering (CCE), and Technical Operations.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support operational activities.

• Coordinate with telecom operators and technical teams.

• Monitor and follow up on technical incidents and customer-related issues.

• Prepare technical reports and documentation.

• Assist in the implementation of telecom projects and operational requirements.
