Job Description:
AABCO, a specialized rebar detailing and shop drawing firm, is looking for an HR Officer to own recruitment and payroll for our production team. This is a hybrid role: you'll build our hiring pipeline for technical staff and freelancers, and you'll run the monthly compensation calculations that pay them based on their output.
You'll work directly with senior management and handle sensitive information (output values and pay across the team), so trustworthiness and discretion are essential.

Responsibilities:
Recruit detailers, team members, and freelancers
Manage the full hiring pipeline from job posting to onboarding
Calculate monthly freelancer and team payouts using our tools
Assist management with team operations and personnel administration

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related people-operations role
Strong Excel skills — comfortable with formulas and output/commission-based calculations (this is half the job, not a nice-to-have)
Familiarity with Lebanese labor law and payroll practices
High level of discretion with confidential pay information
Fluent in Arabic and English
