Encogroup is currently hiring a Financial Controller.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations: Manage the end-to-end accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, inventory, and general ledger reconciliation.
Treasury Management: Cashflow and treasury optimization.
Financial Reporting & Auditing: Prepare and publish accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with analysis. Lead the external audit processes.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Coordinate budget preparation, track variances.
Internal Control: Suggest & control policies and procedures, with a sense of mitigating risks.
Compliance & Tax: Ensure strict adherence to government regulations and accounting standards and oversee tax filings.
Reporting: Report to Finance Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration is required. MBA is a plus.
Certification: Professional credentials such as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) are preferred.
Experience: More than 13 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
Age: Between 35 & 45 years.
