Main Responsibilities

Daily operations audit (exchange) and documents, and conducting routine and surprise cash box, currencies, and precious metals inventory.
Detect violations and operational errors and follow up on corrections, with authority to halt any non-compliant operation pending management review.
Monitor exchange rate risks and financial positions.
Ensure KYC and AML/CFT compliance and Lebanese Bank instructions.
Prepare periodic reports and submit them directly to senior management in cases of substantive violations.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration, and at least 3 years of experience in money exchange companies or financial institutions.
Knowledge of currency markets and Lebanese Bank instructions and AML, proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
Integrity, accuracy, analytical thinking, and ability to work under pressure and maintain professional confidentiality.
