Oversee daily operations with attention to detail and guest satisfaction

Monitor employee growth, training needs, and overall well being

Prepare operational updates and share insights with management

Manage inventory and coordinate smoothly with other departments

Maintain high standards of hospitality, service quality, and company values

Address challenges with thoughtful, team oriented solutions

Strengthen communication between FOH, BOH, and management teams

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a dynamic restaurant environment

• Strong organizational skills with a collaborative approach to challenges
• Background in Japanese cuisine is a plus
