Therapist / Spa Manager – Dbayeh

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Therapist / Spa Manager to provide high-quality facial and body treatments while managing client services, appointments, sales, administration, and daily spa operations in a luxury aesthetic and wellness environment.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Esthetics/Beauty Therapy with skin analysis training.
• 7–10 years of experience in a luxury spa, beauty institute, or aesthetic clinic.
• Experience in facial/body treatments, microneedling, microdermabrasion, and skin analysis.
• Experience in luxury client consultation and product sales.
• Previous coordination or supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Fluent Arabic with good French and/or English.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene and quality standards.
