STMC seeks a Head Nurse to lead the Surgery & Internal Medicine wards: organizing shift schedules and staff assignments, supervising and coaching the nursing team, ensuring quality and safety of care (medication administration, wound care, infection control), coordinating admissions/discharges with physicians and administration, and managing ward supplies and documentation in the hospital system.

Requirements: BSN with current registration at the Order of Nurses in Lebanon; 5+ years' bedside experience including med-surg, 2+ in a supervisory role; strong leadership and organization; trilingual preferred
